Just in case, though, this set includes 8 spatulas for just such a purpose. The grill also has heat-resistant handles so you can move it out of the way safely when it’s time for a boardgame or to clean up.
I’ve used this 6 times and every time the food is absolutely delicious. Both sides of the pan are easy to clean, though the non-stick coating seems weak. It’s excellent quality, has great temperature control, and heats up very fast. The cord is very short so it does have to be on the counter rather than the middle of our dining room table, which is a bit annoying, but not a big deal overall.

- Warranty.
A warranty is always a good idea whether you’re spending at the bottom of the price range or the top. One year is ideal, though some may have multiple years of coverage while others only have a 30-or-60-day refund policy in place. The warranty period usually speaks to the quality and durability of the product, so longer is better, but there are exceptions to every rule.
