While this Oral-B is versatile in its choice of colours, it is not so versatile in the modes it provides, offering only one mode. While this makes this toothbrush user friendly, unfortunately if you have sensitive teeth, braces or veneers, it would be best to check with your dentist to see if this would be appropriate for your dental needs.
The design of the toothbrush displays the battery sign which will inform you visually when the battery needs to be recharged.

One of the biggest advantages of this toothbrush is its 2 week battery life which means it can be taken to sleepovers, school trips away and vacations without being charged for 2 weeks.
It unfortunately doesn’t come with a travel case but since it’s lightweight and has small dimensions, it shouldn’t be an issue to find a storage bag for it.
In addition, it charges quickly so for the moments when your child has forgotten to put it on the charging station, you can make sure they have time to brush their teeth and get to bed on time!
My son is finally motivated to brush his teeth thanks to this adorable toothbrush. I found that he brushes longer than any other brush he has had previously which is a huge plus. He finds the brush easy to hold and it doesn’t irritate his gums.

Combining a star wars character is a great way of motivating the child to use this, however, colours could also make it more attractive rather than just a black and white design.
While we don’t think the integration of Bluetooth would motivate children to use this toothbrush, we do think this could be a helpful feature for parents to keep track of their children’s brushing habits.
Although the features are basic, the brush does however vibrate every 30 seconds to remind children to switch quadrant when brushing. You can even download the Disney magic timer app on your android device or Smartphone so your child can brush along with their favourite Disney character!
The brush is specifically designed for children’s dental care with its gentler bristles allowing people with sensitive teeth and gums to use this.
After 3 months of using the brush head, you will be able to see that it is time to change it as per dentist recommendations. However, considering that lower cost Oral-B models have the same battery life, we would have expected this more expensive model to have been improved and have a longer battery life.
Since it is more expensive than previous models by Oral-B, it does come with some extra features. There is an inbuilt timer which vibrates when it’s time to change quadrant.
The design also includes a pressure signal which lights up when you press too hard on your teeth. The light is visible when you are brushing your teeth which we think is a great tool to have on an electric toothbrush to make you aware of when you are applying too much pressure to protect your teeth and gums.
I love my Oral B rechargeable toothbrush. You don’t have to scrub, just move the brush along all surfaces of your teeth and mouth. You will hardly believe how clean your teeth are. Even my dentist noticed a difference!

The design has a screen at the front which displays the battery life and Bluetooth signal. While it looks sleek in the colour black, we do find it inconvenient that you can only purchase white toothbrush heads that do not match with the holder.
There is a light at the back of the brush which signals red when you brush too hard and therefore can be seen even when you are brushing. We love that Oral-B has thoughtfully designed this toothbrush to elevate the experience for the user. Nevertheless, the charging pod is slightly bulky and won’t look discrete when placed on the counter top to charge.
